The port of IJmuiden is situated on the North Sea canal estuary, Cruise ships berth at the Felison Terminal, which is conveniently located on the seaward side of the canal’s locks. Located a mere 30 minutes from both Amsterdam city centre and Schiphol airport, IJmuiden is an excellent port of call and is starting point for the Baltic, UK and North Cape itineraries.
